In this workshop, you will experience the powerful practice called Meditation that induces a complete state of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, and learn techniques to still the mind by releasing the many layers of mental conflict and unrest.

You will also learn and understand how Yoga Nidra works, the many benefits it has to offer, and why it’s such an integral aspect of a balanced yoga practice and a harmonious life in general.
