Our TRUE Studio location will offer unheated yoga in a majestic environment located in Janesville, WI. In the future, once we find a studio to call home, all of our TRUE Yoga™ Studio classes will be held in a serene room heated from 85 to 104 degrees. As you walk in the door, your muscles embrace the heat, and you begin to relax. Let your worries wash away through this low-impact, cardiovascular workout. Our yoga instructors have a passion for teaching the poses in a variety of ways, and TRUE Studio can provide all of the props necessary for your practice. We offer classes in Fundamentals, Slow Flow, Power Flow, Hot/Power and Yin/Restorative, with class times to accommodate the busiest of schedules.

Intentional music links your breathing to your asana postures. The combination of steady breathing and rhythmic sound will guide your focus. You will discover the regenerative power of a strong body and a clear mind.
This course is held in our “mild studio” in Janesville. Our all levels yoga class is accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced students alike, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness. Our trained teachers will guide you as you systemically work the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress, and increasing your overall physical, mental and emotional vitality. Classes are either 60 min or approximately 75 minutes in length.
Our all levels TRUE Yoga™ Power class is accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced students alike, regardless of your flexibility. But this class is an "athletic" form of yoga where you will be constantly moving in the VINYASA yoga fashion and on your hands and arms in "plank" throughout the class. Set to music, this set-sequence class blends the powerful elements of Gosh, and traditional Ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow. It will also include arm balances in the flow series. Our expertly trained teachers will guide you as you systemically work the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress, and increasing your overall physical, mental and emotional vitality. Our Yin + Restorative classes are mildly heated, and provide you an opportunity to be still, relax and let go. Using breath, myofascial release techniques, and sustained stretching, this class addresses both overused muscles and whole body care. The physical practice will be complimented with a portion of each class devoted to restorative yoga.
TRUE Strength® classes are set to energizing music and heated to 92 degrees. Designed to tone every major muscle group, while balancing the MIND these classes are a full body workout. Throughout the class, free weights, Kettle Bells and traditional circuit training /strength training exercises are used to create resistance and intensify each pose.
