A: Our classes our designed for all fitness levels. During each of our classes, your trainer will guide you through different movement in the workout, but ultimately, YOU decide what is right for you. Individual resistance setters are located on each of our bikes, which allow you to truly customize the class to your fitness level. Likewise, in yoga, if you need to move to a resting pose at any time you are encouraged to do so. If you have any medical concerns or physical limitations, please consult your physician prior to participating in any class.
A: Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first class, and notify our front desk that it is your first time participating. To expedite the check-in process, you can also register online.
A: In order to reserve a class, you must purchase a class package. Visit the BUY section of our website to select and purchase the one that best suites your needs. You may also purchase packages and gift certificates at our facility or by calling the front desk.
A: Our schedule is updated each week, and spaces can be reserved up to two weeks in advance. To reserve a class, visit the "Book a Class" section of our website. You can also BOOK A BIKE to reserve a specific spot in our cycling classes, through our reservation section.
A: Can't make it to class? Simply cancel your reservation 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations can be done online or by calling the studio. If you use class "credits" from a package and cancel prior to 6 hours before the start of a class, your account will be "re-credited" for that class, and credits can be used at a later date. Class credits are not refunded, but they are held for future classes. For cancellations with less than 6 hours notice, unfortunately, no credit is offered. This cancellation policy also applies to waitlist classes. Please see the “Waitlist” section, for more information.
A: If the class you desire is full, simply "join" the waitlist, and as spots become available you will be added to the class. You must have a class package on your account to join a waitlist. If you are added to a class, from the waitlist, you will receive an email notification. Class adds happen, automatically, up to 1 hour before class, and are debited from your class package. We assume you want to take every class you are waitlisted for, so make sure the remove yourself from a waitlist accordingly.
A: If you are scheduled for one class and on the waitlist for another, we, unfortunately, we do not offer the option of "switching" classes. If you are scheduled for one class and then also receive a spot form the waitlist for another class, you will be charged for both reservations, if they are within the 6-hour cancellation window.
A: 4-minute warning! Our classes are crazy popular, so please call us if you are running late! If you are not signed in 4 minutes prior to class, your spot may be released to allow for walk-ins. If you call our front desk, we will gladly hold your spot for the first 5 minutes after class starts. First time guests, without orientation, will not be admitted to class late under any circumstance.
A: TRUE Studio has both men and women's locker rooms, with spa-like amenities, including: showers, towel service, vanities, and premium toiletries. We also provide lockers, with digital locks, that are available for use while you are in class.
